Sterenn Lucas has a PhD in Environmental Economics from the University of
Nantes,France, on the determinants of green demand applied to the seafood
products.
Since January 2013 she is Assistant Professor in Economics at
Agrocampus Ouest.
Her primary research areas include environmental economics, consumer
behavior(survey data and scan-data analysis), econometrics, fisheries economics and seafood demand. She took part to several research programs as PrimeFish (H2020-635761) or Idealg (National Agency for Research - to develop the Seaweed sector on the French territory).
